Law as an instrument of social change. It means law is made by the society according to its requirement by its democratic institution i.e. Legislative or by adopting custom and usage. When law changes the society it is the sign of beginning of the development of the society. The parameter of differentiating human beings from animals is the ‘rationality’ as Almighty God said in the Holy Quran, that the man is made as supreme among all living beings in this Universe. Hence Allah expects the greatest loyalty and moral behavior from all the sons (Daughters) of Adam, for the purpose of implementing that divine law on His Servants (Human Beings). 

Al-Ameen Movement in its continuous and restless efforts in moving towards organizational goals to achieve complete literacy for the establishment of a just an ideal society has established the Al-Ameen College of Law to cater to the needs of legal education. The importance of legal education cannot be over- emphasized in a democratic society. It is necessary duty of everyone to know the law. Ignorance of law cannot be excused. Al-Ameen College of Law being a prominent Legal education center provides the education of individuals in the principles, practices, and theory of law.  Al-Ameen College of law serves society liberally by imparting general and cultural education to law students , making them good law-abiding citizens. Such legal training instills in the students the significance and relevance of democratic culture. I welcome all the law aspiring students to Al-Ameen College of law for excellence in education.
